Terms of Service

Welcome to Titan Plus TV. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Titan Plus TV website and services (the “Service”). By ordering or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Titan Plus TV provides access to a media streaming service that lets you watch live TV channels and on-demand content over the internet on compatible devices. We provide access to the streaming service only — we do not produce, host, control or own any of the media content made available through it.

2. Ordering and subscriptions

Subscriptions are arranged through WhatsApp. When you place an order you agree to pay the price shown for the plan you select. Your line is normally activated within 5–7 minutes of order confirmation. Subscriptions are valid for the period you purchase (1, 3, 6 or 12 months) and do not renew automatically.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service for personal, lawful purposes only. You must not resell, redistribute, publicly broadcast or share your subscription credentials with others, and you must not use the Service to infringe anyone’s rights or to break any applicable law.

4. Devices and third-party software

The Service works with third-party devices and applications (such as Smart TVs, Firestick and media players). We are not responsible for third-party hardware or software, their availability or their terms.

5. Service availability

We work hard to keep the Service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Streaming quality depends on your internet connection and device.

6. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Titan Plus TV is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page.
